Job Description: |
To efficiently and effectively co-ordinate the client process of the Service Department, whilst serving as the first line of contact and to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. |
|
|
Requirements: |
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the Automotive industry with at least 5 CXC/GCE O’ Level subjects OR a combination of relevant training and experience
- Must have at least 3 years driving experience with a Valid Driver’s Permit
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess considerable knowledge of automotive maintenance and technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
